1. Services

Fluent Mentors provides one-to-one academic mentoring and tutoring in subjects including science, economics, and academic English.

Sessions are designed to support conceptual understanding, analytical reasoning, and academic development in line with international school curricula including IB, IGCSE, and A-Level pathways.

Fluent Mentors provides academic guidance and instruction but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results.

2. Booking and Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Payment terms will be communicated prior to the commencement of sessions. Payment may be required in advance depending on the agreed arrangement.

Fluent Mentors reserves the right to suspend or decline future sessions where payment has not been received in accordance with agreed terms.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students or parents must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests.

If Fluent Mentors needs to cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be provided and an alternative time will be offered.

4. Punctuality

Students are expected to attend sessions on time.

If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.

If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session may be charged in full.

5. Online Sessions

Where sessions are conducted online, students are responsible for ensuring they have access to:

• A stable internet connection

• Appropriate software or video conferencing tools

• A suitable learning environment

Fluent Mentors cannot be held responsible for technical issues beyond its control.

6. Academic Integrity

Mentoring sessions are designed to support student learning and academic development.

Fluent Mentors will not complete assignments, coursework, or examinations on behalf of students. Guidance will be provided to help students develop their own understanding and work.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality academic instruction, Fluent Mentors cannot guarantee specific academic results or examination outcomes.

Fluent Mentors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of mentoring services.

8. Confidentiality

Personal information shared by students or parents will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of providing mentoring services.

Fluent Mentors will not share personal information with third parties without consent unless required by law.
